Totus Tuus (Latin for "totally yours") is a Catholic youth program dedicated to sharing the Gospel and promoting the Catholic faith through catechesis, evangelization, Christian witness, and Eucharistic worship. Totus Tuus is very similar to what we've done in the past for VBS, including lots of fun and games for all involved! The goal of Totus Tuus is to help young people grow in their understanding of, and strengthen their faith in, Jesus Christ. This goal is accomplished through 5 essential elements: 1. Proclamation of the Gospel--to stir up faith 2. Apologetics--examining the reasons for our beliefs 3. Christian Witness--an experience of Christian living 4. Celebration of the Sacraments--especially the Holy Eucharist and Confession 5. Active Witness of the Missionary Nature of the Catholic Church
